These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lucky Worldwide Chauffeur website and your booking of our transportation services. By booking, you agree to these terms.
Rates are quoted as flat, all-inclusive prices confirmed before your trip and cover the vehicle, chauffeur, tolls and standard wait time unless stated otherwise. Additional stops, extended wait, tolls beyond the quoted route, or itinerary changes may adjust the final fare.
Cancellations and changes are subject to our cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking. [State your cancellation windows and any fees here — e.g. free cancellation up to X hours before pickup.]
Complimentary standard wait time is included on airport pickups. We track flights and tail numbers and are not responsible for delays caused by weather, air traffic, road conditions or other events beyond our reasonable control.
We ask that passengers treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Cleaning or damage fees may apply for significant soiling or damage. We reserve the right to refuse or end service for unsafe or unlawful behavior.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights or connections arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
