How is your pricing structured?
Every journey is quoted as a single all-inclusive flat rate before you book — vehicle, chauffeur,
tolls, fuel and standard wait time included. There is no surge pricing and no hidden fees. Request a
quote online or by phone for your exact route and vehicle.
Do you pick up at Teterboro FBOs like Signature and Atlantic Aviation?
Yes. We coordinate directly with every Teterboro FBO — Signature East, West and South, Atlantic
Aviation and Jet Aviation — and position your chauffeur in the lounge before your aircraft parks.
Planeside pickup is arranged whenever the FBO and your flight crew permit it.
What vehicles are in your fleet?
An exclusively black, current-year executive fleet: 2025 Mercedes-Benz S-Class, 2025 Cadillac
Escalade ESV, 2025 GMC Yukon XL Denali, 2025 Chevrolet Suburban High Country, and 2025 executive
Mercedes-Benz Sprinters with luxury lounge seating. Every vehicle is professionally detailed before
each journey.
Which airports do you serve?
Every commercial and private aviation airport in the New York metropolitan area: JFK, LaGuardia,
Newark, Stewart, Teterboro, Westchester County, Long Island MacArthur, Republic, Morristown, Essex
County, Linden, East Hampton and Bradley — plus partner coverage in eighteen global cities.
Do you track flights and private jet tail numbers?
Yes. We monitor commercial flight numbers and private tail numbers from departure. If your arrival
slips or ATC re-routes you, your pickup adjusts automatically — and there is never a penalty for
flight delays.
Do you serve Greenwich, Scarsdale and the Hamptons?
Yes — these communities are our core service area. We run daily chauffeured service throughout
Westchester County, Connecticut's Gold Coast, the Hamptons in season, northern New Jersey and Long
Island's North Shore, including standing weekly schedules for regular clients.
Do you provide corporate accounts?
Yes. Corporate accounts include a dedicated coordinator, consolidated monthly billing, duty-of-care
reporting, live trip visibility for assistants and travel managers, and one global standard of
service across our worldwide network.
How far in advance should I book?
Same-day reservations are accepted whenever vehicles are available, but we recommend booking 24–48
hours ahead for peak travel times, weekends and event dates to guarantee your preferred vehicle.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and background-checked?
Every chauffeur is commercially licensed and insured, background-checked, drug-tested, and trained
in executive protocol, FBO procedure and client discretion. Many have driven private-aviation and
corporate clients for a decade or more.
